This is a scam, they are trying to harrass you into giving them money. Yes they have some of your personal information but they bought it out from another company. They are scamming people left and right. DO NOT FALL FOR IT, you are not being sued, you did not commit check fraud, you just have to call their bluff.

Consitently ringing

An indian man keeps calling me saying that my ex boyfriend wrote my name down as a reference for a payday loan. he keeps telling me that i need to relay the message and I tell him i have not spoke or seen my ex in a couple months. this guy continues to harass me and it is very frustrating. you can hardly understand what he is saying because of his accent. he is telling me now that i will have to pay for the loan if my ex does not contact him. well me being me, decided to try and call the number back after talking to this jerk. it will not connect or it will give me a busy tone. whoever this is needs to get caught. its annoying and just down right dumb.
